I love these suits. I have 3 girls. My oldest is 13 and she started wearing a my pool pal suit when she was 2. My youngest is 4 and we just moved to a house with a pool and I can breath easiter that she will be fine playing with her sisters. The suit is not a substitution for adult supervision, but she can go everwhere in the pool without her arms being hindered. She is making all the right motions to swim on her own very soon just like her older sisters. They all leared to swim by wearing their my pool pal suits. We also go to the Frio River every year and the my pool pal suits just make me feel a little bit better about her being out there with the big kids. Things happen quickly and you can never bee too safe even if the water is not deep.
