When you receive your order you will find a packing slip included in your box. If you need to exchange an item (different size, color, etc.) simply make a note on the packing slip and return it to us along with the merchandise to:

Be sure to tell us the reason for your return or exchange - your input will help us improve product information. We want you to love what you purchased from My Pool Pal. However, if something isn't right, we will help you to find the best solution.
My Pool Pal will gladly accept unworn products in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If you wish to receive a refund, we will credit your original form of payment within 72 hours of receipt less shipping and handling charges.
We recommend sending your items back with a tracking number for your protection.
